Building a house
The building of a house involves the application of Feng Shui principles more complex than those used for the assessment of a house.
Taking into accound that we will have a great freedom in designing the plan, which will lead to the building of new houses, the results will be much better than in the case of a simple application of remedies. In case of an apartment we live in, the changes will be limited by the fact that the building is already located in time and space, not being possible to bring modifications to the energetic map (unless major renovations are planned). When we build a new house we can choose the place, moment and most favourable orientation for all the future inhabitants of the house, thus obtaining the desired results and minimizing the possible disasters.
There are a few steps that we should take when we create a plan for the building of a new house.
First of all we will choose the land on which we build that house.
Second, we try to discover the most favourable general orientation, taking into account the geographical features of the respective land.
The third phase supposes the choice of the best specific orientation of the new house. This means creating energetic maps for each of the specific directions within the general orientation established at the above step. Out of these energetic maps we will then choose the best one (we will see which map contains the best combinations of energies) thus establishing the facing direction of the house as well.
The fourth step can be achieved by the Feng Shui consultant together with an architect: sketching the plan of the house, which involves an important operation, of space allocation. The Feng Shui consultant will indicate to the architect which are the best places for bedrooms and desk (in case the inhabitants of the house want to have a desk where to work from home), living room and kitchen. The less benefic spaces will be kept for the storing places and for the rooms less used.
During the last step the favourable rooms for each inhabitant will be established. The personal trigrams will indicate the appropriate place for the bed and for the space used most of the time, so that the positive energies of these rooms to be compatible with those using them.
Now the placement of the other furniture and adornments will be established, which will match the energetic map of the house. The placement of the Feng Shui remedies necessary for each room (established from the beginning, when creating the energetic map) will be also carried out at this moment of the works.
